Meet Samantha "Sam" Archer, our dedicated Executive Administrative Manager at Menger Public Safety and Menger Protection Group. With a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience, Sam brings a unique perspective and a strong skill set to our team.

Sam's educational journey began at La James International College, where she obtained her Cosmetology License. She then pursued her passion for American Sign Language at Austin Community College, expanding her communication skills and cultural awareness. Currently, Sam is studying for her bachelor's degree in forensic psychology at MaryVille University of Saint Louis, demonstrating her commitment to personal and professional growth.

Before joining our team, Sam worked as the local service marketing and training coordinator for Texas Roadhouse, where she gained valuable experience in coordinating and managing various tasks. This role allowed her to develop strong organizational and multitasking skills, which she now applies to her current position at Menger Public Safety.

As our Administrative Assistant, Sam takes on a wide range of responsibilities. From handling payroll and managing the website back office to overseeing administration, human resources, marketing and advertising, graphic design, accounts payable, and invoicing, Sam ensures smooth operations and efficient processes within our organization.

​

Additionally, she is a certified Security Guard Level 2, an Enrollment Agent, and was a district dog trainer for Petco, showcasing her commitment to safety, security, and the well-being of our team and clients.

Sam's diverse skill set and proficiency in various softwares, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Sheets, Wix website builder, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, allow her to navigate different tasks with ease and precision. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt quickly make her an invaluable asset to our team.
