This course is not law enforcement only!*** Post Traumatic Purpose is a transformative mental health initiative that aims to foster awareness among Military Personnel, Veterans, First Responders, Jailers, Dispatchers, Health Care workers, and their families. This program emphasizes the importance of transparency and relatability in addressing the challenges faced by these communities. Unlike traditional wellness training, Post Traumatic Purpose is an engaging, emotionally charged, and authentic experience designed to facilitate positive growth at the individual, professional, and family level. By encouraging ownership, acceptance, humor, and motivation, participants are empowered to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Learning Objectives: Knowing, understanding, and effectively applying core leadership traits. How much trauma exposure can you handle and still be effective? Recognizing the subtle signs and symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress before its too late. Handling burnout, lack of empathy and loss of motivation from repeated trauma exposure and career demands. Thriving with Post Traumatic stress- life is not over after the diagnosis. Communicating through trauma. How to effectively communicate in your personal life and career. Stepping up and becoming the first line of defense as a mental health resource. Planning for your mental future-career longevity and life after the job. Travis Howze is an international touring speaker, author, and motivational wellness educator who spent 14 years in the military and emergency services as a U.S. Marine, Police Officer and Firefighter. From taking human life to being assigned to the body recover team of 9 brother firefighters, including one of his best friends, Travis was plagued with extreme Post Traumatic Stress dating back to early childhood. With little to no resources available during his recovery, he decided to become a resource by developing "Post Traumatic Purpose - an empowering, educational course and keynote presentation on Leadership, Mental Wellness and Resiliency." Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 5 days of registering are 100% refundable, unless the following restrictions apply: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 5 days before a scheduled class begins. This gives others the opportunity to register for the class. If you have to cancel your class, and do so at least 5 days before the class, you may use the credit towards any future class. At any time after registering, or within 5 days of the course, you may transfer the registration to another person.
